do not recommend this method, however it is supposed to work.

This works by not drinking before bed, and going to sleep. Wake up after 5-6 hours and
filling a cup with fresh tempting water. Place it by your bed on a desk, and think that
every time you drink you will do a RC. Hopeful you will become Lucid. I don't recommend this,

yourself in a bathroom doing a RC/RT and become Lucid! Warning: It can seem so real that you
can wet your bed.

  ILD: Wake-Back-To-Bed
WBTB
This technique means that you sleep for between 4.5 and 6 hours, get out of bed for half an
hour or more, getting completely awake. Then you read something about lucid dreaming or
doing other stuff, you could drink something like a LD drink, and then get back to bed. This
method has proved to help with getting lucid dreams.
